The port is a natural location to begin in Kyrenia. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the area comes alive with a variety of restaurants and bars in the evening. It may become fairly busy on weekends during peak season, so go there early to get a nice table. On some nights, a number of the restaurants provide live entertainment, and Café 34 is worth a visit for its vibrant atmosphere. Many smaller restaurants with a calmer atmosphere are found in the surrounding neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing dinner.

Roxanne’s, at the Rocks Hotel, is a short walk from the harbour. There is a terrific vibe here, and even though there is no real dance floor, it doesn’t stop people from having a good time. After ten o’clock in the evening, the superb local DJs spin a diverse and uncommon blend of foot-tapping offerings, usually from the 1970s and 1980s. La Habenera may also be found on the Rocks. This bar, which is usually open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturday evenings, includes live music from some of Kyrenia’s best jazz players and hosts the annual Kyrenia Jazz Festival.

The Night Park is a decent quality disco adjacent to the town’s main car park for the young and young at heart. Night Park boasts a diverse spectrum of local DJ talent, and you may dance until the wee hours of the morning. Escape Beach Club, located a short distance from town, is a beach bar by day and an open-air nightclub at night. You can stay up all night and watch the sunrise in the morning for a truly unique experience. Ice may be found further west along the shore, near the settlement of Alsancak. This is a fantastic club with outstanding DJs, stunning décor, and a top-notch sound system.

Club Acapulco is a tourist resort to the east of town with a beach club available to non-residents. Once again, this is a fantastic open-air entertainment spot.

Nicosia, despite being the island’s capital, has fewer proper club venues, although it does have a good assortment of restaurants, bars, and tavernas. In Famagusta, the situation is similar, although some of the larger hotels, like the Salamis Bay Conti, have in-house nightclubs that are worth visiting and available to non-residents.

In the Kyrenia neighborhood, clubbers are adequately catered for, and clubs are operated to an unusually high degree, with fantastic sound systems and strong security. The majority of them have an entry price, although it is not excessive. If you are going clubbing, keep in mind that nearly all clubs need you to be at least 18 years old, and you should have a means of identification with you. Guests should also be advised that excessive alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in the clubs. You will be booted out for bad or disrespectful behavior, and all clubs have a zero-tolerance drug policy.
